Rental conditions

1. The house is rented from Saturday till Saturday. Arrival between 15.00 and 22.00 hours, departure before 11.00 hours.

2. Upon booking of the house a confirmation of the reservation and a lease (in twofold) will be sent to you. You should sign and return one example of the lease and make a deposit (25%). The remaining amount (75%) should be paid no later than two weeks before departure. A lease without a signature is not valid as a lease.

3. As soon as the full amount has been paid, you will receive additional information and travel documents (address, route description and information about the key to the house).

4. If you cancel your stay for whatever reason, the deposit of 25% will not be refunded. If you have already paid the full amount, 75% of the rent will be refunded. Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period however will not be refunded.

5. The full rent should be paid 2 weeks before the start of the rental period. In case of non-payment the reservation will become void and the provisions outlined in clause 4 (equivalent to cancellation) will then apply.

6. The owners accept no responsibility for the consequences of accidents suffered by tenant or by any member of tenant's party caused by the use of the premises during the term of the lease.

7. The tenant is fully liable for any damage occurring to him and attributable to him. Tenant shall immediately inform the owners thereof.

8. The owners have the right to immediately remove tenant or have tenant removed in case of damage to/misuse of the property or in case of complaints from residents in the village. Changes in the lease agreement can only be made by the owners.

9. The owners assume the risk of cancellation with the tenant. Tenant should also dispose of a liability insurance which remains valid during the rental period.

10. Pets are permitted, though only after prior consultation with the owners.

11. This agreement will be governed by Dutch law.

12. Disputes are settled under Dutch law by the Dutch courts.

13. Before departure the tenant will return the house in a perfect state of cleanliness.
